A Tennessee man tried to carry out an act of terrorism, yet the courts don’t view it as such. After all, a white Christian man could never be a terrorist.
Robert Doggart is a white man from Tennessee. He’s even a minister in the Christian National Church and ran for Congress in 2014 as an Independent. His love for AR-15’s outshines his dedication to Jesus Christ, though.
Back in 2015, Doggart recruited several people to help him gun down a community in upstate New York called Islamberg. He took to social media and described using AR-15’s to take out buildings and people, simply because they’re Muslim.
His message had all the markings of a terrorist:
“Our small group will soon be faced with the fight of our lives. We will offer those lives as collateral to prove our commitment to our God.”
Replace Doggart with a Muslim and what do you have? A terrorist. Thanks to his white privilege, however, Doggart is being tried for a civil rights violation. In the eyes of the court, he just wanted to attack a religious community.
Not commit terrorism.
A judge even threw out his guilty plea, citing there just wasn’t enough evidence to verify a true threat. If convicted of the civil rights violation, he could get locked up for ten years. That’s it.
About the terrorism he wanted to commit, he also said:
“We will be cruel to them and we will burn down their buildings.”
Yet his case received very little media coverage. If this had been a Muslim, Fox News would be humping their seats as they promoted their agenda of white supremacy. Especially if the Muslim terrorist had also said:
“I understand that if it’s necessary to die [in this attack] then that’s a good way to die.”
Nothing says ‘America’ like a hypocritical, white privileged ‘Christian’ who hates religious freedom.
