You can see how absolutely clueless, newly reelected House Speaker, Paul Ryan is when he turns to Congressman Roger Marshall’s son during a family photo.
Marshall’s son was simply making the photo a little bit more friendly for the younger generation by dabbing in the photo. Ryan turned to the young Marshall and said:
“Do you want to put your hand down? Are you going to sneeze?”

Congressman Marshall had a funny response later on Twitter, which seems to be the new political medium for embarrassing statements.

Ryan laughed off the moment but knowing him he will come out with some sort of “anti-dabbing” agenda over the course of the next four years.
