Any fruits in this family are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folic acid. These are also essential for your man’s health.
Bananas are a good source of potassium, which can help counteract the salty foods you might be eating. Salty foods can hinder blood flow to the genitals. Salty foods also make you bloated, which just doesn’t make you feel sexy.
Avocados are high in unsaturated fat and low in saturated fats. These can help with heart health, which gets the blood flowing in all of the right places.
